About Me

I am a 35 year old wife mother to three children, one of my own, two amazing step. I give care to my mother who suffers from dementia. I believe we all have a path to take and every year I get older I get more passionate about following mine. Currently I am on the path to finding my own way to peace within my spirit, and regaining power over my mind and body that I gave away many years ago. I am a sexual assault and emotional abuse survivor, and hope to spread my love, light and hope to those who need it to know they are not alone.
